Location:  Manitoba
Client:  Dakota Ojibway Child & Family Services (DOCFS)
Budget:  $2.2 million


These 2,200 sf additions are located in Birdtail Sioux First Nation, Canupawakpaw First Nation, Dakota Plains First Nation, Long Plain First Nation, Roseau River First Nation and Swan Lake First Nation. Each of the facilities has included local community members training in the manufacturing of the wood shingles and other wood products.  The six projects were designed in 2020 and are currently under construction for a total construction cost of an estimated $2.2 million.
