Interior Design
Our interior design practice is about shaping spaces that feel authentic, functional, and inspiring. We begin by understanding the character of the community and the aspirations of the people who will inhabit the space. Every detail is considered from layout and flow to materials, light, and texture so that interiors not only serve practical needs but also express identity and spirit.
Within our design process, connections are made across multiple scales from the broad organization of space to the finest detail. This creates a layered richness, giving each interior depth and character.
Collaboration is key, and we work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure interiors reflect shared values while enhancing comfort, beauty, and usability. The result is design that adapts gracefully over time, enriching daily life and strengthening the connection between people and their environment.

Our feasibility studies and needs assessments help clients make informed, strategic decisions before design begins. We evaluate site conditions, program requirements, regulatory constraints, and community priorities to determine what’s possible, practical, and impactful. This early-stage analysis ensures that each project is grounded in real-world context and aligned with long-term goals.
We have completed over 30 Needs and Feasibility Assessments for Indigenous Communities. -
Community planning and consultation is a collaborative process that ensures architectural design responds to the needs, values, and lived experiences of the people it serves. It involves engaging residents, stakeholders, and local organizations to gather insights, build trust, and shape spaces that reflect collective priorities. Through dialogue and transparency, architecture becomes a tool for empowerment, equity, and long-term resilience.
-
Funding streams and applications are essential tools for turning vision into reality. We collaborate with partners to identify and navigate opportunities that support inclusive, community-driven design. Strategic funding enables us to build resilient spaces aligned with long-term social and environmental goals—where resources and public priorities meet thoughtful architecture.
-
Our facility assessment and analysis services provide a clear understanding of a building’s condition, performance, and potential. Through detailed evaluations, we identify opportunities for improvement, safety upgrades, and long-term planning. This process helps clients make informed decisions about maintenance, renovation, and investment—ensuring spaces remain functional, efficient, and aligned with evolving needs.
-
Our heritage services honor the past while preparing buildings for the future. Through detailed surveys and assessments, we understand the historical significance and physical condition of each site. We work to preserve character while enhancing accessibility, ensuring that heritage spaces remain inclusive, safe, and relevant for generations to come.
-
Our pre-design and planning services lay the groundwork for thoughtful, responsive architecture. We work closely with clients and communities to understand context, needs, and goals—translating vision into clear strategies. From site analysis to feasibility studies, we ensure each project begins with clarity, purpose, and a strong foundation for design.
-
Our code analysis services ensure that every project aligns with current building regulations, safety standards, and accessibility requirements. We ensure compliance through careful code analysis and apply them thoughtfully to each design, helping clients navigate compliance with confidence. This process supports responsible architecture—where creativity meets regulatory clarity.
Pre Design
-
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a collaborative digital process that integrates design, documentation, and data into a unified 3D model. It allows architects, engineers, and stakeholders to visualize, coordinate, and manage every aspect of a building’s lifecycle—from concept to construction and beyond. By improving accuracy, reducing risk, and enhancing communication, BIM supports smarter decision-making and more resilient, efficient design outcomes.
-
Our contract administration services ensure that projects are delivered smoothly, transparently, and in alignment with design intent. We oversee construction progress, manage communications between stakeholders, and monitor compliance with contractual obligations. Through careful documentation and proactive coordination, we help maintain quality, resolve issues efficiently, and support successful project outcomes.
-
Heritage design and historic preservation honor the cultural, architectural, and social significance of existing spaces. We work to protect and adapt historic buildings with sensitivity—balancing conservation with contemporary needs. Through careful research, assessment, and design, we help ensure that these spaces remain safe, accessible, and meaningful for future generations, while retaining their unique character and story.
-
Our furniture procurement services ensure that every space is furnished with intention, quality, and functionality. We source pieces that align with project goals, user needs, and design vision—balancing aesthetics, durability, and budget. From selection to delivery coordination, we manage the process with care, creating environments that are cohesive, comfortable, and built to last.
-
Our permitting process is designed to streamline approvals while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and building codes. We coordinate with municipal authorities, prepare detailed documentation, and guide clients through each step—from initial submission to final clearance. With a focus on clarity and efficiency, we help projects move forward with confidence and accountability.
-
As prime consultant, we lead the architectural process with clarity, coordination, and accountability. We manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee project timelines and budgets, and serve as the central point of communication between clients, consultants, and contractors. Our leadership ensures that every phase—from concept to completion—is aligned with the project’s goals, values, and vision.
-
Programming and master planning are foundational steps in shaping responsive, purposeful architecture. Through programming, we define spatial needs, user requirements, and operational goals—ensuring the design reflects real-world functions. Master planning expands this vision across sites and systems, integrating context, infrastructure, and long-term growth. Together, they guide the design process with clarity, alignment, and strategic foresight.
-
Our site reviews provide a critical foundation for informed design. We assess physical conditions, environmental factors, zoning regulations, and community context to understand both opportunities and constraints. This process helps ensure that each project responds thoughtfully to its surroundings—supporting functionality, sustainability, and long-term success.
-
Our specification process ensures that every material, product, and system is selected with purpose and precision. During the design stage, we define performance standards, sustainability goals, and aesthetic criteria—aligning technical requirements with project vision. This careful documentation supports clarity in construction, consistency in quality, and accountability across all phases of delivery.
-
We produce 3D design visualizations early in the design phase to help clients clearly understand spatial relationships, materials, and form. These models allow for real-time collaboration, enabling us to explore options, respond to feedback, and make adjustments during meetings. This interactive process supports informed decision-making and ensures the design reflects shared vision from the start.
