This 7,000-square-foot staff housing project will support the Bloodvein First Nation Prevention Centre by providing comfortable and functional accommodations for its team. The facility is designed to enhance staff well-being and ensure convenient access to essential services.
The building will feature a spacious shared kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with ample storage space. Designated wings will include units for both single and shared occupancy. Additional amenities include staff office space and a combined educational and recreation room adjacent to the open program area. A covered porch and outdoor gathering areas will offer space for relaxation and connection.
To support land-based learning and recreational activities, the project includes a separate garage with storage rooms for tools and all-terrain vehicles. A new gravel road and parking area will provide easy access to the Child and Family Services facility.
